NT-WE004 Multi Automatic Roofing Welding Machine

Description:

The new generation of roofing welding machine offers more application diversity.

The welding of high quality thermoplastic waterproof membranes (PVC,TPO etc.) can be realized welding quickly in or near the gutter of the roofing, on the edge of parapet or in other narrow spaces.

Includes: steel case, spare heating element, weights and adjustment tools.

Advantages:

Front wheels are adjustable from side to side to avoid sheet fasteners, walls and roofing jacks.

Front wheels are large and fixed (not casters) to stabilize and help the machine run straight.

Drive wheel articulates to keep machine flat on uneven roofing surfaces. It is also adjustable to keep the machine welding in a straight line.

High volume, high pressure brushless welding torch delivers up to 540 litres of hot air per minute.

Welds close to the gutter edge metal and can weld as close as 6cm to the wall.
